Katniss against her will

Katniss, sempre contrariada
Katniss, sempre contrariada

Como estava a fins de treinar uma estilização, fiz um teste e, well, may the odds be ever in my favor.

For my english-speaker friends :)

These days, I’ve been re-watching the Hunger Games – all hail Netflix, my greatest love – and then came a little urge of illustrating princess Katniss (they’re all princesses, ok?)

As I’ve been wanting to practice some stylization, I’ve drawn a test and, well, may the odds be ever in my favor.

If I would analyze a little more this great character, I’d say that Katniss has a lot of normal people in her: she doesn’t want to do it, but she does it. She gets against her will all the time, she snorts, she wrinckles, she frowns, she snorts again, poses as the brave one, but deep down she really, really does not want to do it. Sounds familiar? What about the pain-boss that asks you to work between holidays? Or even worse: the annoying customer the annoys the f*ck out of the shop because of the f*cking paper thickness. Then what? You do it, of course. Very against the will. Well, this is getting personal, sorry, and it should be material for the “Ugly truth” section.
